Pastor Frank Rice is a native of West Virginia. He was saved at the age of 7 and answered the call to preach at age 13. Pastor Rice is a graduate of Southeastern Free Will Baptist College in Wendell, NC. After service at Mt. Calvary from 2000-2003 as Associate Pastor, Athletic Director, Coach and Teacher, he returned as Senior Pastor in February of 2013. Pastor and Mrs. Genell have been married for 27 years and have four children (Elaina, Victoria, Frankie, and Hannah Brook).
Mr. Libengood is native of Chocowinity, North Carolina. He was saved at the age of 10 and called into full-time ministry at the age of 15. By May of 2023, he will have his Bachelor’s degree in Bible from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College. At the end of 2022, he will be married to his fiancé, Mariana, another college student at Southeastern studying Missions. This will be his 1st year in ministry at Mt. Calvary FWB Church.
Mr. Dixon is from Snow Hill, NC. He was saved at the age of 17 and is a 2003 graduate of MCCA. He earned his BA from Southeastern FWB College. This will be Mr. Dixon's 9th year teaching at MCCA.
Mrs. Dixon has served faithfully at Mt. Calvary for 30 years. As a native of Greene County, she attended Lenoir Community College. She has been saved for 45 years and continues to serve the Lord every day.
Mr. Wright is a native of New Bern, NC and upon graduation from Ruth's Chapel Christian School, he went to Southeastern Free Will Baptist College in Wendell, NC. After graduating in 1992 with a Business degree, he joined the staff of Southeastern and served as bookkeeper for 6 years. After serving as Business Manager and Computer Teacher for 9 years at Florence Christian Academy in Florence, AL, Kevin took the Financial Director position at Mt. Calvary in August 2007. He also serves as Computer Teacher and Computer Hardware/Software Administrator. Kevin was saved at the age of 9 in a Jr. Boys Sunday School class.
Mrs. Walston graduated from MCCA in 1993 and attended Lenoir Community College. She received an associate degree in early childhood in May of 1996. She was saved at the age of 13. She has been teaching for 26 years. Her son Hunter graduated from MCCA in 2018.
Ms. Exum ives in Snow Hill, NC and was saved at the age of 5. She attends
Mt. Calvary FWB Church. She graduated from MCCA in 2019. She attends
Lenoir Community College and is pursuing a degree in Elementary
Education. This will be her 2nd year teaching.
Ms. Rager is originally from Holly, Michigan. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of 5. She later attended Southeastern Free Will Baptist College and is a 2016 graduate with a BA in Elementary Education with a proficiency in Math. This will be her 7th year teaching at MCCA.
Mrs. Arthur was born in Japan and adopted by Free Will Baptist missionaries to Japan. She was saved in the 7th grade at a revival service in Japan. She attended Free Will Baptist Bible College and graduated with a BA degree in Bible and Missions. This fall, she will begin her 45th year teaching in Christian schools.
Mrs. Pool is a native of Greene County and attends Mt. Calvary FWB church. She was saved at the age of 9. She is a graduate of Greenville Christian Academy in 2016, followed by West Coast Baptist College in 2019 with a degree in Elementary Education. This will be her 4th year teaching at MCCA.
Mrs. Rice is from Goldsboro, NC. She was saved through the bus ministry of Faith Church at the age of 8. Mrs. Rice graduated from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. She is the Pastor's wife at Mt. Calvary Free Will Baptist Church and is the mother of four children, Elaina, Victoria, Frankie and Hannah Brook. Her and Preacher Rice have been married for over 27 years. This will be her 11th year in Christian Education.
Ms. Rice lives in Snow Hill and was saved around the age of 12. She graduated from MCCA in 2018 and Southeastern FWB College in 2022 with a degree in Elementary Education. She attends Mt. Calvary FWB Church. This will be her 1st year teaching at MCCA.
Mr. Aycock is from Barbacena, Brazil. He was saved at the age of 5. Mr. Aycock is a 2015 graduate from Southeastern FWB College with a degree in Sacred Music. This is his 8th year teaching at MCCA.
Mrs. Dixon is from Raleigh, NC. She is a 2007 graduate of Raleigh Christian Academy and a 2010 graduate of Southeastern Free Will Baptist College with a degree in Elementary Education. She was saved as a junior aged child and felt the Lord's call to Christian ministry as a young teenager. This will be her 13th year in Christian education.
Mrs. Chase is a native of Pitt County. She graduated from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College in 2003. She has taught Jr. High and High School math, as well as science, at MCCA for 19 years.
Mrs. Kennedy was born and reared in Wayne County, NC. She attended Methodist University and received a BA in Secondary Education. After she was saved at the age of 22, she accepted a position teaching at MCCA and has remained here for the last 47 years.
Mrs. Wright was born in Goldsboro, NC and graduated from Faith Christian Academy. Mitzi attended Southeastern FWB College in Wendell, NC and graduated with a BA in Elementary Education in 1993. As a student in college, she worked in the college cafeteria for 3 years. Upon graduation, she became a Dorm Supervisor and Yearbook Adviser for 5 years at the college. She was also the Assistant Cook for the college during 4 of those years. Mitzi served as Cafeteria Director (9 years) and Yearbook Adviser (8 years) at Florence Christian Academy in Florence, AL before coming on board as the Cafeteria Director at MCCA in 2007-2016. In 2008, Mrs. Wright assumed the duty of Yearbook Adviser as well.
Mrs. Early was born in Royal Oak, MI. She was saved as a child and grew up in a baptist church.
She graduated college in 2009 with Associates Degree in Applied Science.
Mrs. Early moved to NC in 2010 and got married in 2013. She has 4 children, two of them
attend MCCA. This will be her 2nd year teaching at MCCA.
Mrs. Grant was saved as a teenager and is a member of Mt. Calvary FWB Church. She attended Greene Central High School. She started working at Mt. Calvary Daycare in 1993 and has been serving for 29 years. Mrs. Grant took over as Director in 2009. Her life verse is Phillipians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
Mrs. Harris has been married to her husband Tim for 32 years. They have two children, Britt and Madelyn. Britt graduated from MCCA in 2013 and Madelyn in 2018. She was saved when she was a teenager. She is starting her 12th year at Mt. Calvary Daycare.
Mrs. Brown was saved at the age of 7. She attended Pitt Community College. Mrs. Brown retired in 2014 after working in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 42 years. She is starting her 4th year at MCCA Daycare.
Mrs. Roberson went to Greene Central High School. She was saved at the age of 9. She attends Snow Hill Church of God. She is starting her 12th year at Mt. Calvary Daycare and has a daughter that attends MCCA.
Mrs. Peterson is a native of New Bern, NC. She was saved as a teenager. She and her family attend Macdeonia FWB Church. She has been teaching and working with children for 17 years. She has worked at MCCA for 9 years. She and her husband Dennis have two sons, Thomas and Andrew, that attend MCCA.
Ms. Harris is from Snow Hill, NC and was saved at the age of 8. She graduated from MCCA in 2018 and now attends Lenoir Community College. She is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Harris has been working at Mt. Calvary Daycare for 5 years.
Mrs. Stotler grew up attending Mt. Calvary FWB Church where she was saved at 8 years old. She attended MCCA for 9 years, then attended LCC. She has been married for 28 years. She has 3 children, her youngest attends MCCA. Mrs. Stotler is a member of Grifton FWB Church. This is her 2nd year at MCCA in the daycare lunchroom.
Mr. Pool was saved at the age of 5 at Rochester Hills Baptist Church in
Michigan. He is married to our third grade teacher, Stephanie Pool, and
they have a daughter, Virginia. He attends Mt. Calvary FWB Church where he enjoys serving.
